1. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

3. Add the minced lamb and cook until it is browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
5. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.

1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp red chilli flakes (optional)
1 cup frozen peas
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
